Talking About Gender Equality in the Labour Market of Nigeria, Are the Guys favoured or the Ladies?

With due regard to earlier statistical reports showing that Women are less favoured in the labour Markets, due to the ill receptivity to education and leadership awareness for the Girl-Child.
I stand to boldly claim that the reverse is the case in the Nigerian Labour Market in recent times, the Male Gender is gradually an endangered specie in the labour market
. I am Witness to the fact that from the banking industry to the FCMG, Telecommunications, Customer Care etc Women are more favoured than Men.
This is a trend that is shifting considerably to the level of reception and bargain power of the 'Beautiful Female Folk' in the labour market.
Evidently, In the cabinet of the Present Administration of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, we cannot fail to observe and admit the presence of Women positions of Authority.
Also in the Guise of Women Participation in Military, there is notice of an alarming allocation of certain quota of manpower to the female gender, this also evident in the Nigerian Military.
In the movement of this point, recent studies have began to show that the margin between Female labour force and their Male counterparts is diminishing, and at this point only one assertion is imminent, a time will come when there will be Female Domination in almost every aspect of Labour.
In Addition, Certain areas of Labour are virtually and naturally reserved for the Female Folk, for example, Nanny Services, Child Care, Midwifery, etc where there are significantly little or no Male Presence in the Areas of Labour.

I stand to be Corrected.
