MKO Abiola: June 12th, 1993 elections, A Reminder

Today Friday June the 12th, 2015 is a remarkable day in the collective history of us all, as people coming from a very dramatic civilization process, it is very crucial to keep our minds in the remembrance of those who have fought and have fallen for the democracy we enjoy today. Bashorun MKO Abiola is an exemplary icon in the build up of what Nigeria has come to be known for, today
. He was supposedly elected president of Nigeria after the June 12 Elections of '93, the draw back of the cancellation of the same election results and the effect of Ibrahim Babangida's Military Administration is a taste still lingering on the Nigerian tongue.
