Flying Eagles jet out to Germany May 29

As part of the Flying Eagle final build -up to the World Youth Championship in New Zealand in June, the junior national team is expected to depart for the training tour of Germany on May 29th, even as the 4 Europe -based players were expected to join the team at their camp site.
According to the team’s programme, they will play a friendly game against Abuja Football Academy inside the main bowl of the Abuja National stadium on Friday.
The team made of the provisional list would travel by Lufthansa.
It was reliable gathered that the foreign- based quartet of Kelechi Iheanacho, Moses Simeon, Isaac Success and Wilfred Ndidi will team up with the rest of the team in Germany due to their proximity to the camp site.
It was also feared that since their clubs may not release them early, it is better if they join the team few days to their departure for the competition.
Nigeria is grouped with Brazil, Korea and Hungary at the world Youth Championship in New Zealand.
The team is going to the competition as African champions after winning the just concluded African championship held in Senegal.
